This License Agreement is between you and the owner of the website InDesignSkills.com. By downloading any Template from InDesignSkills.com you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License.
InDesignSkills.com grants to you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the Template(s) you download subject to the restrictions listed below.
You are permitted to use this Template in any number of personal and commercial projects for yourself or a client you are working for.
You may modify the Templates according to your requirements and include them into works such as printed materials, websites and others.
2. Restrictions.
You do not have the rights to resell, sublicense or redistribute (even for free) any of the Template files.
If you wish to promote InDesignSkills Templates on your site, you must link back to the resource page where users can find the download.
Templates are provided for the purpose that you modify the contents to create your own works. InDesignSkills.com gives no rights or warranties with regard to the use of names, trademarks, registered or copyrighted designs, elements or works of art depicted or contained in any Template, and you must satisfy yourself that all of the necessary rights or consents, as may be required for your use of the Template(s), are obtained.
Templates do not include the rights to use any low resolution placeholder images, which are provided for demonstration purposes only.
If you wish to use any of the placeholder images a high resolution version and license must be purchased from a stock image library.
